To process a FASTag application we collect your name, mobile number, email address, postal address, vehicle registration number, vehicle class and copies of documents such as the registration certificate and identity proof. Payment details are handled by the issuing bank or payment gateway, not stored by us.

Your information is used only to register, issue, activate, recharge, replace or close a FASTag account, to verify your identity with the issuing bank, to provide customer support and to send service related updates about your tag.
Sharing of information
We share your details with the partner issuing bank and, where required, with the National Payments Corporation of India and toll operators for the purpose of tag issuance and toll settlement. We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
Data storage and security
Documents and records are stored with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and are accessible only to authorised staff and dealers who need them to service your request. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep your records for as long as your FASTag account is active and thereafter for the period required under applicable banking, tax and record keeping rules.

You may ask us to correct your details, request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop sending promotional messages by contacting us on the phone number or email address given on this website.
